Active Directory Help plz? - naming information cannot be located: the target

Hello,

When I open Active Directory Users and networks, I get an error message. Message is:

"Naming information can not be found because: The clocks on the client and the server are distorted. Ask your system administrator verify that your domain is properly configured and online"

Urgent need help
