Is wearing a rah rah skirt and baby tee to college classes over the top? - rah rah motivation

Recently, I have a very short wrinkled coat color (sometimes called Rah Rah skirt) in a store, and I thought that leads to the class T-shirt or a baby or maybe a halter. I am in my mid-20s, and the Graduate School. Since I have rather thin legs of a dancer, I think it can work. Do you have ideas about this? Would it be too exaggerated? I live in a college town and conservative.
